Cómo medir la pieza cortada
X Y kerf

Cortá el cuadrado en tu programa CNC. Medí la pieza resultante con calibre (pie de rey) en ambos ejes:

X = ancho horizontal
Y = alto vertical

⚠ Dónde medir: por el centro de cada cara. Las esquinas pueden tener redondeos por el arranque del arco.

Ingresá las medidas resultantes

Referencia programada: 80 × 80 mm

Consejo: hacé 3 medidas en cada eje y usá el promedio.

¿Por qué medir y no usar el valor del manual?
El kerf depende de velocidad, amperaje, altura de antorcha, desgaste de consumibles y material. El manual es una referencia, la medición real siempre es más precisa. Repetí este proceso cuando cambiés consumibles o ajustés parámetros.
